About us

Artisst Plants was founded in 2011 by Arie van Diepen. There was a tissue culture lab on the Bot Flowerbulbs site where no activities were taking place at the time, making this a good location to start up the company. As time went on, more customers, employees, and more space was needed in the climate rooms. For this reason, the surface of the laboratory was doubled in 2016, creating more space for plants, workplaces and storage. The climate rooms were equipped with racks with adjustable bottom cooling and light intensity, which made it possible to control the growth conditions even more.
